An Observatory dedicated to equality and discrimination issues in higher education
The National Observatory on Discrimination and Equality in Higher Education (ONDES) is a place of research open to work from any discipline, once they shed light on the issue of equality and discrimination in higher education and research.
The Observatory's missions are to carry out research on equality and discrimination in higher education, to promote this research work and to co-construct an anti-discrimination policy.
