Sessions

Opening session : presentation of ONDES

On this occasion, Yannick L'Horty presented the ONDES as well as its first study report on discrimination in access to Masters degrees.

This first session allowed the different members of the working group to define the 4 main priorities to be addressed:

  1. Establish a state of play
  2. Build one or more tools to measure discrimination
  3. Support establishments, when necessary, in setting up a plan, with a group to exchange on good practices
  4. Draw up recommendationsin terms of public policies, after reviewing the various instruments of public action in the fight against discrimination in higher education and research (reminder of the legal framework, training and awareness-raising actions)

To meet these objectives, the working group's leaders have drawn up a programme of 4 sessions:

Session 1: institutions' listening units
Session 2: surveys and questionnaires
Session 3: actions aimed at the student community
Session 4: actions aimed at administrative and academic staff
